Inklings Book Club
Welcome to ...
Inklings, a meeting place for literary enthusiasts
When was the last time you read a really good book? Did you wish that you had someone to discuss it with? Are you tired of the mundane, run-of-the-mill nature of most popular books? Then your time has come! Everyone is invited to join Inklings, a literary discussion group which meets the first Friday of every other month at 12:30 p.m. at St. George's. The group is open to men and women of all ages and stages.
Participants in Inklings engage in lively and provocative discussions about contemporary and classic literature. We explore a wide variety of topics, genre, eras, locales, and cultures with prize-winning, multi-national authors.
Join Inklings for invigorating discussion, exposure to new ideas and authors, intellectual stimulation, and an opportunity for fellowship with other literary enthusiasts.
You can come to every discussion or just those for which the book seems appealing to you. See the reading list below. Contact Karla Probert if you have any questions – 719.440.6048.
